Training and Certification Exam Guidelines & Requirements Information for Organizers

IRIZ Consulting training programs are delivered as either public (inter-company) or private (intra-company) sessions, remotely or on-site, according to the arrangements agreed upon with the client. Remote training sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams video conferencing. On-site training sessions may be held at the client’s premises or at any other location mutually agreed upon by both parties.

The usual training hours are from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, or from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, depending on the agreed organization, with a 20-minute break in the morning and afternoon, as well as a one-hour lunch break. These schedules may be adjusted by mutual agreement to accommodate the operational constraints of the client or the participant group.

Given the intensive nature of the training programs, IRIZ Consulting recommends that participants be relieved of all other professional responsibilities for the duration of the training.

The duration indicated for each training program represents an estimated average and maximum timeframe, based on the training curriculum, the typical participant profile, and the pace generally required to cover the course content. This duration may vary depending on the participants’ initial skill level, experience, preparation, and overall progress. If participants complete the full training content in less time than anticipated, particularly because they are more experienced or progress more quickly than average, no partial refund will be issued. IRIZ Consulting provides a training service that includes instructional support, knowledge transfer, and skills development, rather than billing strictly based on the time consumed.

The client agrees to ensure that participants attend the training sessions on the agreed dates and times. In the event of a participant’s absence, delay, or inability to attend, IRIZ Consulting should be informed as soon as possible. Attendance sheets, online participation records, attendance certificates, final assessments, and training completion certificates may be used to monitor and document the proper delivery and completion of the training program.

Training sessions may be cancelled free of charge up to 10 business days before the start of the session. After this deadline, the full training fee will be due. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

The training materials and exercises provided to participants are intended exclusively for educational use within the scope of the training program. They are protected by copyright laws and may not be distributed, reproduced, shared, or used outside the training context without prior authorization. Recording training sessions is not permitted unless expressly authorized in advance by IRIZ Consulting.

When the training program includes certification preparation, the examination conditions are those defined by the certification provider, Pearson VUE. The certification exam may be taken at a testing center or remotely, depending on the available options. For remotely proctored exams, participants must have access to a quiet environment, a compatible computer, a webcam, a microphone, speakers, a stable internet connection, and must comply with all applicable technical requirements. Corporate devices, VPNs, proxies, company firewalls, security software, or network restrictions may interfere with the exam process. Participants are therefore strongly encouraged to complete all required technical checks in advance.
