Training and Certification Exam Guidelines & Requirements Information for Participants

Welcome to Your IRIZ Consulting Training Program!

Your training program can be delivered remotely or on-site, depending on the arrangements made with your organization. If the session takes place remotely via video conference, you will receive all the necessary information to join, including the meeting link, schedule, instructions, and any relevant resources.

The usual training hours are from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, or from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 20-minute break in the morning and afternoon, as well as a one-hour lunch break. Please ensure that you join or arrive on time to help ensure the smooth running of the training session.

This training program is intensive, and we strongly recommend that you remain fully available throughout its duration and, whenever possible, be relieved of your other professional responsibilities. To help maintain focus and encourage active participation, we also recommend setting up an out-of-office or unavailable status message during the training days.

To get the most out of the training session, please ensure you have a quiet working environment, a stable internet connection, a functional computer, a webcam, and a microphone. Active participation is encouraged: feel free to ask questions, engage with the trainer, and highlight any topics that may require further clarification.

The stated training duration represents an estimated average and maximum timeframe. Depending on the group’s level of expertise, experience, preparation, and learning pace, certain topics may be covered more quickly. Should the training program be completed ahead of the originally scheduled duration, no partial refund will be issued, as the service encompasses instructional support, full coverage of the training curriculum, and the achievement of the learning objectives.

The training materials, exercises, and resources provided during the course are supplied solely for your personal learning purposes as part of the training session. They may not be distributed, reproduced, resold, or shared outside the scope of the training. Recording training sessions is not permitted without prior authorization.

If you have a disability or believe you may require specific accommodations to attend the training or take the certification exam under appropriate conditions, please contact IRIZ Consulting as soon as possible at the following address: training@iriz-consulting.com. This will allow us to review and arrange any appropriate accommodations.
