Le programme m’a \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9 avant mon arriv\u00e9e : une pr\u00e9sentation de l’entreprise claire, des outils internes simple et des explications sur l’organisation interne dans un premier temps. Gr\u00e2ce aux diff\u00e9rents \u00e9v\u00e9nements organis\u00e9s, j\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert la TeamIRIZ et rencontr\u00e9e des personnes formidables ! Chez IRIZ, j’ai retrouv\u00e9 des valeurs qui me ressemblent et qui font \u00e9cho \u00e0 ma mani\u00e8re de travailler. L’engagement est au c\u0153ur de notre quotidien en respectant les d\u00e9lais et nos engagements aupr\u00e8s de nos clients. L’expertise PEGA poss\u00e8de une place forte au sein d’IRIZ et mes 5 ann\u00e9es d’exp\u00e9rience me permettent de r\u00e9pondre efficacement aux enjeux projet.
