IRIZ Consulting training organisation conditions for training managers, line managers and organisers.
📅 Organisation modalities
IRIZ Consulting training sessions are organised as inter-company or intra-company, remote or in person sessions, according to the arrangements defined with the client. Remote training takes place via videoconference using Microsoft Teams; in-person training can be organised on the client's premises or at any other location agreed between the parties.
🕐 Schedule
The usual schedule is from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, or from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 20-minute breaks in the morning and afternoon as well as a one-hour lunch break. This schedule can be adjusted by mutual agreement to take into account the client's or group's operational constraints.
🎯 Participant availability
Given the intensive nature of the training, IRIZ Consulting recommends that participants be released from all other professional tasks for the duration of the training.
📋 Duration and billing
The stated duration corresponds to an estimated average and maximum duration. This duration may vary depending on the group's initial level, experience and progress. If participants cover all the content in less time than planned, no partial refund will be applied. IRIZ Consulting provides a pedagogical support and skills transfer service.
✅ Attendance and monitoring
The client undertakes to ensure participants' attendance on the agreed dates and times. In the event of an unavoidable absence, please inform IRIZ Consulting as soon as possible. Attendance sheets, attendance certificates, evaluations and end-of-training certificates will ensure monitoring of the training's delivery.
❌ Cancellation
Training sessions are cancellable free of charge up to 10 working days before the start of the session. Beyond this deadline, the full amount of the training is due. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
📚 Course materials
Materials and exercises provided to participants are intended solely for educational use as part of the training. Protected by copyright, they may not be distributed, reproduced or shared without prior authorisation. Recording of sessions is not permitted except with prior express agreement.
🏆 PearsonVue Certification
When the training includes certification preparation, exam conditions are those defined by PearsonVue. Corporate computers, VPNs, proxies, firewalls or security software may prevent the remote exam from running smoothly. It is recommended to carry out technical tests beforehand. 💾 Personal data
IRIZ Consulting processes the personal data necessary for the organisation and monitoring of the training (participants' identification and contact information) in accordance with the purposes related to the performance of the training service.
