Complete overhaul of the legacy application through a process optimisation approach, with effective deployment across all pension funds in mainland France and overseas territories (DOM-TOM).
Multi-system integration
13 internal and external webservice integrations delivered, 4 services exposed. Integration in 2022 with the lassuranceretraite.fr insured member portal and with France Travail.
4 major go-lives per year
Each year, 4 major go-lives including the regular implementation of new business processing procedures: Estimation, Early Retirement for Long Careers, Single Settlement for Aligned Schemes, etc.
Oracle decommissioning
Oracle decommissioning in collaboration with the Pega centre of excellence, ensuring the progressive modernisation of the information system.
Internal team training
Onboarding and training of 8 internal resources (Build / MCO team), ensuring the upskilling and progressive autonomy of L'Assurance Retraite teams.
Decision-support exchanges
Exchanges with the decision-support system and progressive deployment with integration and interfacing of the legacy tool.
